Celestar Capital Advisors Co-Hosts Alternative Investments and Structured Products Symposium

Celestar Capital Advisors will join IXIS Corporate & Investment Bank and Groupe Financier Strategis as co-host of an investment seminar entitled, "The Current Stakes for Alternative Investments" on June 22, 2005 beginning 2:00PM at the Hotel Ritz Carlton, 1228 Rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Montreal.

Attendees will hear from a leading academic and a team of market experts, including asset allocation strategists, investment specialists and talented money managers. These panelists will offer unique perspectives on inherent risks in alternative asset investments and address a comprehensive range of solutions and services that institutional investors should consider when making these investments.

Attending investors will be introduced to the range of investment vehicles offered in the marketplace today and how best to protect their investments from performance risks. They will also learn about the innovative portfolio construction tools being applied to manage these allocations. Furthermore, they will understand how to gain greater insight into their portfolio of alternative asset strategies through manager information transparency.

A special presentation will be made following the seminar entitled, “Bordeaux, or the Style in the Diversity” by Catherine Cazes, representing Chateau Lynch Bages. The presentation will be coupled with a guided tasting of fine wines from the wineries of the Jean-Michel Cazes.
