Artemis names new president and CEO

Kidd was previously the alternative asset manager's vice president of business development. He has spent 20 years in the financial services sector, which includes his work as a consultant in the financial services and renewable energy fields.

His professional experience also includes time as founder, president and CEO of Toronto-based Gatehouse Capital Inc., which was bought by Toronto-based Redwood Asset Management Inc. in 2009, and founder, president and CEO of Toronto-based Connor Clark and Lunn Capital Markets Inc., which was bought by Aston Hill Financial Inc., also of Toronto, in 2013.
